Yes, we are actually married! If you've listened to us over the course of the season, you might have wondered. But all joking aside, we wanted to talk to the people who deal with perimenopause almost as much as we do on a daily basis, and get their feedback on what they think is helping us, how our podcast has benefited us and others, and ask their advice for other partners in this situation.

We also had a bit of brain fog and forgot to actually introduce them at the beginning. DERP. We mention their names later on, but please meet Matthew (Tammy) and Chris (Danielle).

We have loved doing this podcast and we hope you have enjoyed it as well, and maybe learned something? In this episode, Tammy is giving a review of the perimenopause seminar she attended at the Estate of Health in Kingsville, ON. It was led by a naturopathic doctor, so some info was interesting and helpful, and some, not so much.

But more importantly, we're in the same country for this episode! Danielle came over to Canada for the day and we recorded this episode where Tammy works; Sprucewood Shores Estate Winery right on the shores of Lake Erie. It was a beautiful day and we sat by the vineyard and had wine, and then walked down to the beach and collected beach glass.
