We'll talk about the importance of experimenting with new interests, learning from mistakes, and how valuable it is to give yourself the grace to discover what truly makes you happy. Remember, you’re allowed to change direction and redefine your goals as you grow.

Join me as we explore stories and share tips on dealing with uncertainties and embracing the journey at your own pace. So, to all the teens out there, tune in and take a deep breath—you’re doing great, and you've got plenty of time to figure it all out!

  • Finding Confidence in God's Plan
    2025/05/01

Have you ever felt unqualified for God's calling? You're not alone. In this episode, I share my struggles with confidence as a podcast host and follower of Christ. Growing up in an environment where children were supposed to be "seen but not heard," I found it hard to speak up, even as an adult. Like Moses, I’ve questioned why God would place this podcast on my heart when I feel insecure about my abilities.

I've learned that true strength comes from deepening my relationship with God, not from improving my public speaking skills. When we lack confidence, it's an invitation to grow in faith.

For those on a similar journey, I share practical steps that have helped me: consistent Bible reading, seeking Christian community, journaling, and showing up daily. Remember, God doesn’t call the qualified—He qualifies the called.

  • Every Step Counts: It's Never Too Late to Begin Again
    2025/04/17

Have you ever felt the heavy shame of restarting something in your life? You're not alone.

Starting over is rarely easy. I've experienced my own setbacks, from teenage heartbreak to narrowly failing nursing school, and the pain of beginning anew can be paralyzing. We often get trapped in perfectionism, comparing our beginnings to others' successes and feeling we should already "have it together."

What I've learned is that believing we can't start over harms our mental health. Scripture reminds us that God's mercies are new every morning, offering us a fresh chance to reset. Small steps matter more than none at all—whether it's a 10-minute daily Bible reading or taking small steps toward fitness goals.

Procrastination is often fear in disguise. While you wait for the perfect moment, life moves on. Be kind to yourself; your restart shows courage and resilience.
