We talk about the incredible milestones The Arc of the Bay is hitting like their life-changing culinary program that is completely shattering national employment averages.

Ron gives us a behind-the-scenes look at how these amazing individuals head to Kohl's, pick out their very own outfits, and completely rule the catwalk.
