このコンテンツについて
Tonight, the Maryland Science Center hosts Baltimore’s largest Halloween bash, and it is anything but ordinary. Kicking off at 8 p.m. for the 21 and older crowd, you’ll find five stages of music, from synth pop dance parties and Talking Heads-Prince mashups, to Bowie and Rush tributes. There’s also a rooftop dance party with the best views in town, planetarium DJ sets, and an immersive IMAX electronic music experience. This is the city’s biggest Halloween event for adults, packed with energy and creative flair.
Over at Patterson Park, thousands are gathering for the 26th annual Great Baltimore Lantern Parade and Día de los Muertos Festival. The festivities start around 4 p.m. near the Pulaski Monument with a family-friendly arts market, costume contest, lantern-making, food vendors and pop-up performances. The illuminated parade, featuring glowing floats, musicians, performers on stilts and more, winds through the park starting at 7 p.m. This free event brings Baltimore’s creative community together, celebrating both light and heritage.
Music lovers can dive into the VinylCon record fair at UNION Craft Brewing both Saturday and Sunday. Billed as Maryland’s largest vinyl fair ever, VinylCon offers hundreds of crates from indie collectors and pro dealers, plus continuous sets from top vinyl DJs and music memorabilia for the nostalgic. Early birds can score exclusive access Saturday morning, but the fun rolls on all weekend.
Tonight also features Acid Mothers Temple with The Macks at Metro Baltimore, doors open at 7 p.m. and all ages are welcome. If Latin beats are your thing, Euphoria Baltimore will be pulsing with Xcapate Saturdays, starting at 10 p.m., promising the city’s number one Latin night.
For fresh air, the Liberty Lot in Locust Point hosts the Believe In Tomorrow Port to Fort run and walk this morning to support critically ill kids and families, or join the Community Flea Market on St. Paul Street from 10 to 3, offering vintage goods, handmade crafts, and Chef T’s famous hot apple cider.
Saturday evening, Power Plant Live presents the Boos and Brews Bar Crawl at 6 p.m.—don your creepiest costume and join the city’s wildest Halloween bar crawl.
Tomorrow, Patterson Park’s Lantern Parade continues if Saturday’s weather gets spooky, and VinylCon keeps spinning for collectors and music curious alike.
