"I'm going to give you a picture of it here. And I just. I shake my head in awe and wonder. I can't believe this is doing what it's doing on our roads. And with very little ceremony. Like, people are like, oh, there goes a Waymo. You need the Waymo app if you want to order a Waymo at this point, and then it'll come pick you up. Comparable price to Uber or Lyft. I don't understand how it works."

"It is in our bodies that we can change so that we don't have to work so hard to force ourselves to be a certain way. We can ask for it and allow that to happen, and it can happen organically. And that blows my mind that my body can do that without the involvement of my mind. I am truly grateful and truly in awe of the wonder of our ability to transform."

"It splits again and all of this happens and all of this is going on. And then nine months later, the body knows when it's time, contractions start to happen. And then a human comes out. And I remember giving birth to my two children. And of course, you kind of count five fingers, five toes, check for an eyes, except for two eyes, a mouth and a nose. And like, it's all there."

"But you're in the smallest space inside that big space. So you're in infinite space, but you're in a sardine can. And you really start to feel that as you get to know each character and where they're from and the circumstances from which they came to become these great astronauts. And the weaving between the big and the small is a big theme in her writing and her book."

"My father was a doctor, my mother was a nurse, and they had to go to the emergency room to treat people because there were that many injuries. So it was a very serious storm, but I enjoyed it from the eyes of a child."

"And I remember thinking when I was up there, wow, this really is not my favorite place to be. But when you get up there, it's incredible. And I hadn't thought about that for a while until this woman was saying, I did this hike. And she also had that amazing view up at the top."
