• Returning to the Body Through Ancient Healing Practices with Guru Karam
    2026/05/27

What if healing isn’t about “fixing” yourself… but learning how to live in alignment with your body, energy, and spirit?

In this deeply expansive conversation, I sit down with Ayurvedic practitioner, yoga teacher, and spiritual guide Guru Karam (Laura Benton) to explore the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda, meditation, subconscious healing, karma, nervous system regulation, and what it really means to create a grounded life in a chaotic world.

This episode goes far beyond wellness trends.

    We talk about:

    • The three doshas in Ayurveda (Vata, Pitta & Kapha)
    • Why modern life is creating nervous system overload
    • How food, habits, and daily rituals affect your energy
    • Meditation, subconscious programming, and witness consciousness
    • Karma, forgiveness, and emotional healing
    • The importance of grounding through the body and nature
    • Why resistance and self-sabotage happen when we try to change
    • Hypnosis, past lives, rebirthing, and spiritual awareness
    • Creating sustainable healing through small daily practices

One of the most powerful reminders in this conversation:

Your body is constantly communicating with you.
Most of us were just never taught how to listen.

This episode is for the person who:
Feels overwhelmed by the noise of modern life
Knows there’s a deeper connection between mind, body, and spirit
Wants healing that feels grounded, practical, and spiritually aligned
Is ready to stop abandoning themselves and start creating supportive daily rituals

    And maybe most importantly…

We talk about how transformation doesn’t happen through perfection.
It happens through consistent, loving awareness.

✨ If you’ve been craving deeper peace, clarity, grounding, and connection with yourself, this conversation will meet you exactly where you are.

  • When Irritation is a Sign to Get Creative
    2026/04/29

This episode came through frustration… and turned into something much deeper.

After trying to record this podcast three times (yes, three 😅), I realized something powerful:

Irritation isn’t the problem. It’s the signal.

In this episode, I share what opened up for me after a deeply expansive trip to Hawaii — and how coming back into “normal life” brought up resistance, frustration, and hidden limits I didn’t even know I was carrying.

    We talk about:

    • Why irritation is often a sign you’re ready to expand
    • The hidden “rules” we live by (and how they quietly limit us)
    • How to shift from releasing energy… to actually transforming it
    • The connection between creativity, emotion, and your energetic body
    • Why you can’t fully change your life by only working on one layer of yourself

I also share a simple but powerful practice I learned from Gay Hendricks to help you expand your energy in real time — especially when you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or reactive.

    And maybe most importantly…

We talk about how to stop waiting.

Because the life you want isn’t built someday.

It’s created in the moments where you choose to expand instead of contract.

If you’ve been feeling irritated, stuck, or off lately — this episode will help you understand why… and what to do with it.

✨ And if you’re ready to go deeper into your energy, boundaries, and intuitive power, explore Own Your Energy — my program designed to help you understand and protect your energetic field.

    Chapters:

10:30 – Breaking Mental Limits in Real Time

14:00 – Expanding Your Capacity (Money, Experience, Life)

17:30 – The Role of Environment + Support Systems

20:00 – What Expansion Actually Means (Energetically)

    22:30 – Irritation Is a Signal, Not a Problem

24:30 – Transforming Energy Instead of Suppressing It

  • With Luck Comes Tears with Miah Peach
    2026/03/18

Is luck something you’re born with — or something you can intentionally create?

Today I'm joined by Miah Peach for a powerful conversation on luck, energy, and intentional ceremony.

We reflect on the 3/3 ceremony we participated in — a portal for working with alignment, openness, and the energetic conditions that allow “luck” to move by connecting with intention and "The Three Graces."

This conversation reframes luck from something random or external… into something deeply connected to presence, receptivity, and the way we relate to life itself.

    In this episode, we explore:

    • What luck actually is (beyond chance or coincidence)

    • The significance of the 3/3 portal and intentional ceremony

    • How energy, attention, and openness influence outcomes

    • Releasing control and allowing life to meet you

    • Creating the conditions for alignment instead of forcing results

    • Closing Hollow Bone meditation

This is a grounded but expansive conversation — not about controlling life, but about meeting it in a way that allows more to unfold.

  • Healing at Home Starts with Self-Trust
    2026/02/27

What if healing doesn’t require another certification, another reader, another sign — but a return to yourself?

In this episode I explore what it really means to heal at home — in your own body, your own nervous system, your own internal authority.

So many thoughtful, intuitive people say they want to trust themselves… but still find themselves asking for signs, polling friends, pulling cards repeatedly, or waiting for certainty before making a decision.

But healing at home isn’t about collecting reassurance. It’s about building the capacity to sit with yourself without outsourcing your power.

    In this episode, we explore:

    • The difference between intuition and anxiety

    • Why constantly asking for signs weakens self-trust

    • The nervous system’s role in clarity

    • How overthinking delays healing

    • What real intuitive knowing feels like

    • Letting decisions be clean instead of dramatic

    • Reclaiming authority in your own life

Healing at home is quieter than you think. It’s not flashy. It’s not urgent. It’s not externally validated. It’s the slow rebuilding of trust between you and you.

  • Feng Shui for Real Life with Kimberly Tromboli
    2026/02/11

I sit down with Kimberly Tromboli, feng shui consultant, esthetician, and holistic wellness practitioner, to explore how feng shui works as an energetic and ritual-based system — not decoration trends.

I share my real-life experience after a feng shui consult, including what happened when I began working intentionally with color, placement, and even red string around household drains — and how quickly energy began to move in unexpected ways.

    Together, we discuss:

    • What feng shui actually is (and what it’s not)

    • The five elements and how color impacts energy

    • Why white, gray, brown, and earth tones affect us differently

    • How drains can symbolically “leak” money, health, or relationship energy

    • Using red string and intention to protect and contain chi

    • Feng shui as ritual, not religion

    • Why energy work can stir things up before it settles

    • Letting changes unfold without forcing timing

This is a grounded, honest conversation about working with your environment instead of fighting it — and why small, intentional shifts can create meaningful change over time.

    2026/02/05

What if you attended your own funeral—while still alive?

In this deeply honest and moving episode of the Awaken Change Podcast, Kelly McGee and I reflect on our shared experience of a living funeral—a powerful death simulation ritual designed to release old identities, beliefs, and patterns in order to fully step into what’s next.

As I approach a milestone birthday and we both navigate profound life transitions, the conversation opens into themes of death, rebirth, gratitude, non-attachment, and spiritual transformation. We explore what it means to “die before you die,” how confronting mortality can awaken a deeper appreciation for life, and why letting parts of ourselves go is essential for growth.

    This episode touches on:

    • Living funerals and death simulations

    • Spiritual death vs. physical death

    • Non-attachment, Buddhism, and surrender

    • Identity shifts, grief, and transformation

    • Gratitude, legacy, and self-acceptance

    • Writing letters as if you’ve already passed

    • Green funerals, nature burials, and returning to the earth
