In this episode we drop into an immediate realization. When we unconsciously slip into the future in our minds, many times the thoughts can be chaotic, un-grounding, cause anxiety, stress or worry.
However, there are times when we may think into the future in a 'relevant' way. The relevant future can be an opportunity to peak into the future we wish to create for ourselves. In a way, this is the beginning of the process of manifestation.
Through the practices of breathing, meditation and mindfulness, we can expand upon the manifestation process in a heart-based and intentional way.
We get into the concept of attachments and how being attached is part of the human experience, but not all attachments and connections may necessarily be in our highest good. In these instances it's important to re-evaluate our intentions and seek to release the attachments that no longer serve us. In this way we can move forward more freely and open space for new and better experiences.
In addition to my channeled messages, I offer up guided breathwork that may help you to find your center, find your peace and allow you to project into your relevant future in a way that feels in alignment with your highest purpose and goals.
