Astrology and Cinema in Reel Life explores the magic where the stars of the sky meet the stars of the screen. Each episode dives into a biographical film about a real-life person: we talk about the film itself, the astrology of the figure it portrays, the actor who bring them to life, and the cosmic timing of the film's release. It's smart, insightful, and often funny--perfect for film lovers who are curious aboout astrology, and astrology fans who love great movies.Alex Trenoweth アート

🎬 Astrology and Cinema in Reel LifeEpisode: Deliver Me to Nowhere — Saturn, Springsteen & the Search for Self with Dr Katherine O’ConnellIn this episode, I’m joined by the extraordinary Dr Katherine O’Connell for a soulful conversation inspired by Deliver Me to Nowhere — the recent Bruce Springsteen biopic that mirrors Saturn’s themes of responsibility, endurance, and redemption. We talk about what it means to be “delivered” — through loss, discipline, and creativity — and how Saturn shapes both our personal narratives and the stories we tell on screen. Dr O’Connell, an astrologer of over sixty years, a clinical psychologist, and interfaith minister, brings profound mythic and psychological insight to the discussion.Together we explore:⭐ Bruce Springsteen’s Saturn story — the grit behind the glory⭐ Philip Seymour Hoffman’s haunting portrayal of Truman Capote, and Saturn’s role in artistic isolation⭐ How Saturn cycles mirror the artist’s journey — from breakdown to mastery⭐ The healing power of structure, limits, and resilienceThis is a conversation about creativity, endurance, and the alchemy between pain and purpose — a true Saturnian odyssey through art, music, and film.🌐 Learn more about Dr O’Connell → www.drkatherine.net📧 Contact → drkatherine2@gmail.com🎧 Prefer an app?
