Scott Ingegneri is a pastor, author, songwriter, dad of four, and CEO of ACT International — a missions organization that supports over 500 creative and innovative ministries around the world. She couldn't pray for the outcome. She couldn't see what was coming. All she could do was take the next right step — and trust that the years of faithfulness in the secret place would hold.

In part one, Jess sits down with Ashlee Assadi — wife, mom of five girls, artist, and writer whose words have now reached millions of people. But Ashlee's story doesn't start with a platform. It starts with a 21-year-old girl on her knees in tears, asking God if He's even real.

Ashlee shares the moment that changed everything — the loss of her best friend, a prayer prayed in desperation, and a series of encounters so specific and so perfectly timed that looking back, there's really only one explanation.
