Have you ever felt healthy? Have you not felt healthy?
What contributed to that?
Was it the same if you’ve experienced it multiple times?
Most people have a definition of health and they don’t even really know what it is..and some other people have a strict definition based on what they eat or how much they exercise
Funny thing is that the WHO for DECADES claimed that health was “the absence of disease” and in 2020 they changed it to “Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity”. This is definitely an improvement; however it is still non specific
I give you some personal examples of how I chose to integrate the concept of health into my life and questions you can ask yourself if you want to create ease for you and your body!
