このコンテンツについて
In this episode of the Royal Remnant Podcast, I dive into some of the most common misconceptions about Islam and Muslims. As someone who grew up Muslim and later became an evangelical Christian, I’ve seen both worlds—and I want to help bridge the gap. I talk about the diversity within Islam, its rich history, various sects, and core beliefs like the five pillars and the concept of jihad.
I also challenge many of the Western assumptions shaped by media narratives, which often paint an incomplete—or even misleading—picture of Muslims. My heart behind this episode is to encourage fellow Christians to engage with Muslims, not with fear or judgment, but with love, curiosity, and respect.
We also tackle tough topics like the myth that Islam inherently promotes violence, that jihad always means “holy war,” or that Muslims automatically hate Western values. My hope is to offer a more nuanced, honest, and compassionate perspective that can help us build real understanding across cultures and beliefs.
