  • The Point of Meditation Isn't Meditation / El Propósito de la Meditación no es Meditar
    2026/10/07

Meditation is often presented as something we should be doing: a practice to master, a habit to build, another thing to fit into our already full lives.

But meditation was never meant to become another obligation.

In this episode, we explore a much simpler understanding of meditation: the conscious act of enjoying the present.

Meditation doesn't always have to mean sitting in silence with our eyes closed. It can happen while walking, cooking, painting, praying, or even taking a shower. What matters is not so much the form, but our ability to bring our attention back to the life that is happening right now.

We explore how presence affects our energy and well-being, why each of us can find our own natural way of meditating, and how learning to enjoy the present can help us become more conscious of the presence of Spirit in our everyday lives.

The point of meditation isn't to become good at meditating. It is to become more present for the life we have been given.

  • What If the Darkness Isn't the Problem? / ¿Y Si La Oscuridad No Es El Problema?
    2026/09/24

We naturally seek the light; the moments of clarity, happiness, peace, and ease. But our ancestors understood something deeper by observing creation itself: light & darkness both exist with a purpose.

In this episode, we explore an ancestral understanding of duality and what nature can teach us about the difficult seasons of our lives. From the night that allows us to see the stars, to the continual movement between darkness and light, we are invited to reconsider our relationship with the experiences we would never have chosen for ourselves.

This isn't about pretending suffering is good or denying the pain of difficult experiences. It is about remembering that not everything that serves us will feel good while we are living through it.

And that even in the darkness, life is serving a purpose we may not be able to see yet.

  • There Are No Healers, Only Instruments / No Hay Curander@s, Solo Instrumentos
    2026/07/22

Many of us have been taught that healing is something we do; that through knowledge, effort, or our energy, we help others heal.

But what if we've misunderstood the very nature of healing?

In this episode, we explore the ancient principle that there are no healers, only instruments of the One who heals. Drawing from the wisdom behind Reiki and ancestral traditions, we talk about how love is the true healing force flowing through all of creation and how our role is not to interfere, but to become a clear channel for that love.

You'll discover why trying to "save" others can leave us exhausted, how humility restores our vitality, and what becomes possible when we stop relying on our own limited energy and begin trusting the intelligence that already lives within life itself.

  • Everything is Medicine / Todo es Medicina
    2026/07/15

There is an ancient saying carried by some of the oldest peoples of the Americas:

    Everything is medicine.

But how can a catastrophe, a painful experience, or one of the most difficult moments of our life possibly be medicine when our mind tells us it is a curse?

In this episode, we explore the ancestral understanding of duality, the natural laws that move all of creation, and the purpose that can exist beyond pain and suffering. We reflect on why every night inevitably brings its day, how our most difficult experiences become paths of knowledge, and the great choice we have to transform our relationship with suffering.

Because the moment we begin to recognize how pain has made us stronger, more humble, more grateful, and more conscious, something changes.

    We begin to perform alchemy.

And it is at that point that everything transforms.

  • The Wisdom of Flow / La Sabiduría del Fluir
    2026/06/10

There is a powerful act that is always happening in creation. It is silent, natural, and it is constantly guiding life forward.

Our indigenous elders observed this deeply. They noticed that in nature, nothing is forcing anything. The water flows. The wind moves. The seasons arrive in their own time. Everything follows its nature.

In this episode, we explore the ancestral understanding of flow and why so much human suffering comes from going against our own nature. We reflect on our elder's teaching, "What is forced, breaks," and the wisdom of learning to move through life with more trust, gratitude, humility, and beauty.

  • With Fear, With Fear, Walking & Walking / Con Miedo, Caminando y Caminando
    2026/06/03

If you've been navigating uncertainty, fear, transition, or simply a season where you don't know what comes next, this conversation is for you.

Our elders taught that fear is not something we must wait to overcome before moving forward. They would say, "With fear, walking and walking." Even with fear, continue taking one step forward.

    In this episode, we explore:

    • Why uncertainty is a natural part of growth
    • How to stop carrying the weight of future outcomes
    • The relationship between trust, prayer, and action
    • Why small steps often become giant transformations
    • How to move forward even when you don't have all the answers

A gentle reminder to trust what is unfolding, take the next step, and allow the Great Spirit to take care of what is beyond your control.

    ****
