Meditation is often presented as something we should be doing: a practice to master, a habit to build, another thing to fit into our already full lives.
But meditation was never meant to become another obligation.
In this episode, we explore a much simpler understanding of meditation: the conscious act of enjoying the present.
Meditation doesn't always have to mean sitting in silence with our eyes closed. It can happen while walking, cooking, painting, praying, or even taking a shower. What matters is not so much the form, but our ability to bring our attention back to the life that is happening right now.
We explore how presence affects our energy and well-being, why each of us can find our own natural way of meditating, and how learning to enjoy the present can help us become more conscious of the presence of Spirit in our everyday lives.
The point of meditation isn't to become good at meditating. It is to become more present for the life we have been given.
