Are you craving more time for yourself and your family but ending each day so mentally exhausted you feel like you have nothing left to give? Do you feel like you don’t have the energy to keep up with it all—work, laundry, kids’ activities, appointments? Let’s not forget about the daily dreaded question, what’s for dinner?

On the outside it looks like you have it altogether but on the inside, you’re craving more fulfillment.

What if you could finally slow down and pour back into yourself?

Hieeyy, I’m Josie. A wife, a mom of three, and a soul seeker at heart. Several years ago, I found myself burnt out, unfulfilled, and mentally exhausted every… single… day.

I was climbing the corporate ladder, chasing more money—while giving nothing back to myself. By the time I got home, my time and energy were depleted… and anxiety had taken over. You know that feeling—snapping at your kids without meaning to? My days weren’t filled with fulfillment… just never-ending to-do lists. I wasn’t living my day—I was surviving it.

I realized I had to stop blaming my job for my burnout. If I wanted more time, more freedom, more purpose—I had to look inward. Because what was really draining me… was my own patterns—perfectionism, people-pleasing, and not setting boundaries.

If you’re a high-achieving mom who looks like she has it all together—but inside you’re saying, “there’s never enough time, energy, or support”…

And you’re ready to stop running on empty and start living with more intention…

You’re in the right place.

This podcast is your permission to slow down, to look inward, and to explore yourself in a deeper, more honest way. To step outside the pressure, the expectations, and the constant doing—and reconnect with who you truly are.

Through simple mindset shifts and soulful conversations, you’ll begin to release the patterns that keep you overworked and overwhelmed. You’ll quiet the mental noise, soften the pressure, and create space to come back home to yourself… your divine self.

Imagine…

More peace..
More purpose.
More space to breathe.

If you’re ready to create more time in your day—and actually feel fulfilled living it—there’s a reason you’re here Super Mama!

So grab your journal, hide in the car for peace, and let the journey to self-discovery begin.

I would love to connect with you more!

  • 25 | Mama, Dreaming of Peace at Home? Why Feeling Triggered Isn’t Serving You and What to Do Instead
    2026/10/27

Have you ever caught yourself judging someone and had no idea why?

Do you snap at everyone during the morning rush, then carry that frustration through the rest of your day?

Are you second-guessing a decision you knew was right when you made it?

    Highlights of This Episode:

Mama, today we're talking about triggers, and how we can either react from survival mode or respond with integrity. I used to think being triggered meant something was wrong with me. Now I see triggers as a sign of awareness, and a nudge from God / universe, showing me exactly where I'm being asked to grow.

In this episode, I'm getting honest about a recent trigger of my own. About a month into a business mentorship program I was so excited to join, I caught myself sitting on a coaching call, judging the mentor and wondering if I'd made a mistake. It had nothing to do with her. So I pulled out my journal, right there on the call, and walked myself through my 5-step Reframe Your Mindset framework: Trigger, Emotions, Situation, Thoughts, Reframe. What I uncovered surprised me, and it completely changed how I show up.

This is the same mindfulness practice that pulled me out of anxiety and burnout years ago. It's what I teach my coaching clients and what I live by. I'll walk you through each step using my own story, and then we'll apply it to a regular Tuesday morning: it's 7:15, nobody has their shoes on, and you've just yelled at everyone. You'll see how to notice the trigger, feel the emotions in your body, separate the facts from the story, uncover the subconscious thoughts underneath, and reframe into one empowered action, like asking for help and setting a simple boundary around who owns the morning routine.

If you're an ambitious mom who's tired of overthinking, tired of negative self talk, and ready to trade reacting for emotional regulation and nervous system regulation, this one is for you. You'll walk away with a simple journaling practice you can use the very next time you're triggered, so you can stop spiraling, stop blaming, and become the calm, present mom you want to be. Because when we respond from peace, we don't have to chase. We attract.

  • 24 | 3 Signs You’re in a Toxic Relationship & The Subconscious Belief Keeping You There With Dr. Wendy Burchett
    2026/10/20
Do you find yourself walking on eggshells in your relationship, waiting for the "right moment" to bring up money, the kids, or what you need, because you're not sure how your partner will react? Have you ever caught yourself saying, "This is just how marriage is," while your life keeps getting smaller and smaller? Highlights of This Episode Mama, so many of us are holding it all together on the outside while something feels off on the inside. We're juggling work, kids, the mental load, and a relationship we tell ourselves is "fine," and we rarely stop long enough to ask whether it's actually healthy. That's exactly why I wanted to have this conversation. You can't be a calm, present mom when your nervous system is stuck on high alert, and you can't set healthy boundaries when you don't yet see the pattern you're living in. My guest today is Dr. Wendy Burchett, a licensed therapist who works with women who have complex trauma, helping them work through their pain and reclaim their identity in Christ. Over the last 15 years, Wendy has developed a deep passion for helping women who are hurting in their relationships. She brings both personal and professional experience to this work. After nearly three decades of toxic and emotionally abusive relationships, she hit rock bottom, committed to four years of weekly therapy, and finally recognized the subconscious belief that kept drawing her back to the chaos. She is also the host of the podcast Navigating Toxic Relationships. Inside today's episode, Wendy and I dive into: How subconscious beliefs (what therapists call core beliefs) quietly shape who we're drawn to, and why trying to be seen by someone who doesn't see us is a recipe for heartbreakThe type of partner many high-achieving women are attracted to, and why it can be so hard to get your needs metClear signs of a toxic relationship versus a healthy one, including control, criticism, a stifled sense of independence, and walking on eggshells, even when there are no big blow-up fightsHow to set boundaries in relationships and in marriage, with real boundaries examples you can use word for word, plus why a boundary is a movable lane marker, not a cement wallWhy following through on your boundaries matters just as much as stating themPractical nervous system regulation tools for busy moms: mindfulness breathing exercises, movement, sunshine, and time in natureWhy emotions are information, and how noticing them early (mindfulness in action) helps you catch anxiety before it spiralsReparenting yourself and turning toward your own feelings the way you would comfort your childWhy learning to truly love and respect yourself is the foundation for confidence that can't be shaken If you're a people pleaser, a perfectionist, or a mom running on empty who has quietly normalized a relationship that drains you, this conversation will help you name what's really going on, give you language for setting healthy boundaries, and hand you simple emotional regulation tools you can use the next time you feel that tension rising. Most of all, I hope it reminds you that you're allowed to take up space and that your needs matter too. • 23 | Faith Over Anxiety For Moms, My Interview with Rachel Cross
    2026/10/13

    FREE Reframe Your Mindset Masterclass - Tuesday, October 20th @ 10am - https://josieanderson.co/mindset/

Do you walk past the laundry pile and suddenly feel like you could snap at everyone in the house?

Are you saying yes to your boss, your kids, and your husband, and somehow never saying yes to yourself?

    Highlights of This Episode

I'm sharing something a little different today. I was invited onto Rachel Cross's podcast, Faith Over Anxiety for Moms, and she asked me to go back to the very beginning: three kids under 14, a full-time job, and a life where I said yes to everyone and everything until my body finally said no. Rachel is a fellow mom and podcast host who, like me, grew up shy and felt a nudge from God that there was something more for her. Our conversation felt like two friends being honest about what burnout really looks like behind closed doors.

Inside this episode, I open up about the signs I ignored for way too long: the racing heart, the panic attacks, getting triggered easily by a pile of laundry, and snapping at my kids in a way that just wasn't me. I walk you through the simple journaling practice that changed everything for me. You'll learn how to pause, name the emotion, write down the situation, and catch the subconscious thought patterns running on repeat underneath it all. This is where real emotional regulation and nervous system regulation begin. Not with a massive mindset overhaul, but with one tiny, honest shift in the story you're telling yourself.

We also go deep on healthy boundaries, and not just the kind you set with other people. I share how boundaries within ourselves protect our peace, why the story of Martha and Mary speaks so directly to every mom who feels she has to do it all, and why stillness is our birthright. Then I walk you through the six things that helped me overcome anxiety and burnout: asking for help, letting go of perfectionism and people-pleasing, lowering your expectations, practicing mindfulness, and setting boundaries even when saying no feels uncomfortable.

If you're an ambitious mom carrying the mental load, running on empty, and craving more peace and presence with your kids, this conversation will help you feel less alone and give you one small step you can take today to become the calm, present mom you want to be.
