    This episode’s guest was Mike Wardian, who has set a variety of running records and fastest known times. Also, he was strongly complimented on the All Bodies Outside episode with Jonathan Ladson (episode #77). Mike is a big inspiration of mine and during this episode we learned about how Mike approaches goals, maintains long-term motivation, maintains life balance, the power of mindset, and the enchantment of setting goals that are disconcerting.
