  • What to do when you can't feel your feelings: the nothing is not nothing!
    2026/04/01

Do you ever try to be with your feelings and find... nothing? Just blankness, or a spaced-out feeling, or a kind of not-quite-thereness? In this episode I want to talk about something that doesn't get said enough: that nothing is not nothing. The blankness, the dissociation, the feeling of absence, it's a gateway, not a dead end. And when we learn to be with it rather than push past it, something surprising often waits there.

  • Meditation: Coming back to your body
    2026/03/17

This is a simple, gentle meditation for coming home to yourself. We begin with what's in the mind, then move into the sensations of the body, the emotions, the resistance, whatever is actually here. Whether you're with strong feelings or simply want to begin a practice of getting curious about your inner world, this meditation creates space for what wants to be seen, felt, and heard. A meditation where we can make room for what is here in this moment.
