  • ADHD Advice From Friends
    2025/07/28

Our listener contacted us following a diagnosis of ADHD as an adult, slightly overwhelmed and not knowing what to do with their new diagnosis.

We knew that the lovely Kirk Ward was just the friend to help us navigate this conversation and we are so grateful for the insights he shared. We talk about nature helping us to feel grounded, how our working patterns and environment can play a big part in helping us to get the best out of ourselves and working out what works for you.

Kirk is the Founder and CEO of Clearview, a strategic communications consultancy, but he's also been a teacher, physiotherapist, journalist, author and professional communicator. He spent 12 years working in senior roles in the NHS and was diagnosed with ADHD at the ripe old age of 38.
