As a regenerative mentor and philosopher, Ania invites us to reconsider how we sustain our personal and creative lives in extractive societies and systems. Her experiences are broad—she has worked in high fashion in Paris and London, earned her PhD in intuitive, relational, and pluriversal methodologies, and developed her own frameworks that reconnect us to the living systems we are a part of. Here, Ania shares her deeply thoughtful and embodied journey towards re-wilding the self. It is a must listen for those of us looking for a reminder and the support to return to our truest selves sustained by simple acts of creativity.

Steph leads from the heart in all that she pursues.
