1. Find a comfortable position: Sit or lie down in a quiet space where you won't be disturbed. A cross-legged position with a straight spine is often recommended to allow energy to flow freely.
2. Set the mood: You might choose to dim the lights, light a candle, or play soft, instrumental music.
3. Breathe deeply: Begin by taking a few slow, deep breaths. Inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth. Let your body relax with each exhale.

The Meditation

1. The Heart Chakra (Green/Pink)

• Location: Center of your chest.
• Color: Visualize a brilliant green or soft pink light.
• Focus: Bring your attention to the center of your chest. Imagine a wheel or lotus flower of radiant green light spinning there.
• Intention: As you inhale, imagine this light expanding, filling your chest with feelings of love, compassion, and forgiveness. As you exhale, release any feelings of hurt, resentment, or sadness.
• Affirmation: You can silently repeat an affirmation like, "I am open to giving and receiving love," or "My heart is filled with compassion for myself and others."

2. The Third Eye Chakra (Indigo/Purple)

• Location: Center of your forehead, between your eyebrows.
• Color: Visualize a deep indigo or rich purple light.
• Focus: Shift your attention to the middle of your forehead. Picture a glowing indigo light taking over your mind, clearing it of clutter.
• Intention: As you breathe, imagine this light shining brightly. This chakra is associated with intuition, inner wisdom, and clarity. Breathe in clarity, and exhale any mental fog, doubt, or confusion.
• Affirmation: Silently repeat, "I trust my intuition," or "My mind is clear and I see with wisdom."

3. The Crown Chakra (White/Gold/Purple)

• Location: Top of your head.
• Color: Visualize a brilliant white, shimmering gold, or a pure purple light.
• Focus: Bring your focus to the very top of your head. Imagine a stream of divine energy flowing down into your body through this point.
• Intention: This is your connection to a higher consciousness, spirituality, and the universe. As you breathe, feel this light elevating you to a higher state of awareness. Feel a sense of peace, unity, and connection.
• Affirmation: Silently affirm, "I am one with the divine," or "I am connected to all that is."
