So, you have established your anchor in the truth that God is your true source of rest. Even as you do this, though, you find yourself wondering how this applies to your life here on earth. With increasingly busy schedules, family responsibilities, and work obligations always present, we as men want to know how this practically affects our daily lives. Most of the time, we live under the assumption of what Jesus expects from the way that we live our lives on earth. We need to take some time to look at what Jesus actually says He desires from us.

    This week we finish our conversation with Jim Cross speaking on the subject of Holy Week. Many details in the Gospels are there but most churches skip over details. This week we don't. Let's join Todd, Bob, John and Jim as we discuss some of the very important details that get skipped in many Good Friday and Easter Sunday services.

    We enter Holy Week here at the Upper room where the Anchormen meet each week to share and worship, learn and grow.

    This week we'd like to welcome our dear friend Jim (JIMBO) Cross into the recording studio as we discuss the week preceding the most pivotal week in our walk with Christ. Without the death and resurrection of Jesus, we would have no hope at all and nothing to look forward to and live our lives for.

    He provided it all for us.

    This week we will be discussing events from Palm Sunday, Turning of the tables in the temple, the Last Supper and even the night Jesus was handed over to the Roman guards by the disciple who betrayed Jesus after following Him for three years.

    We discussed in part one how the 10 commandments were not written to us so does that mean we don't have to follow or live by them?

    Well hold on there bucko, not so fast. Just because they were not written TO US, there's way more significance in what they mean to us now then aver trying to live "By The LAW" then we have now to Live By The Spirit.
