    With the soft sounds of rain and a nourishing body scan, we’ll invite cleansing energy to move through every part of your body, melting tension, washing away the day, and opening space for peace, gratitude, and deep renewal.

    Rain sounds begin at 6 minutes, and continue for the remainder of the episode. Guidance stops at 14 minutes, so the remainder of the episode is nothing but healing music and gentle rain sounds.
