He shows how history reveals the danger of man-centered systems that reject God’s rule and the urgent call for believers to discern the true conflict behind world events—the battle for the throne of the universe. The chapter emphasizes that while Christ has already triumphed, His people must stand with Him in that victory. Democracy and even church structures can slide into anarchy or dictatorship unless believers yield fully to God’s government.
