  • Yesterday's Emotions Don't Belong Here!
    2025/05/23

    Yesterday's Emotions Don't Belong Here!

Today’s episode speaks to the very center of our human experience—emotions.

More specifically, we’re diving into the practice of living with today’s emotions. Not the emotions of yesterday. Not the anticipated emotions of tomorrow. But what do you feel right here, right now?

So, please take a deep breath, settle in, and let’s have an honest conversation about the power and purpose of being emotionally present.

Yesterday might have been hard. You might’ve felt disappointed, overwhelmed, angry, or even heartbroken. And if you’re not careful, those emotions become baggage — they sneak into today and rob you of peace, clarity, and potential joy.

Here’s the truth: you are not obligated to carry yesterday’s emotions into today. Emotions are meant to move. They’re energy in motion. But when we rehearse pain, ruminate over the past, or keep reliving a conversation that went sideways, we re-anchor ourselves in a moment that’s already gone.

Listen to the end and learn how to live in TODAY'S emotions!

  • Success Doesn’t Guarantee Happiness
    2025/05/16

    Here is the hard truth:

Success is not the same thing as happiness. You can achieve everything you set out to do—hit the six-figure mark, grow the business, buy the dream home—and still feel empty, unsatisfied, or worse… lost.

Why? Because success is external. Happiness is internal.

We have been conditioned to believe that external achievements will solve internal struggles. “If I make more money, I’ll feel secure.” “If I lose weight, I’ll love myself more.” “If I reach this goal, then I’ll finally be happy.”

However, the truth is that happiness is a skill. It’s an inside job. It has nothing to do with what you have or don’t have.

I often see this in high achievers. They reach their goals, and instead of feeling fulfilled, they immediately start chasing the next thing. Because they thought the goal would make them happy, but it doesn’t work that way.

You will learn four strategies to help you look inward for your happiness, because happiness IS an inside job!
