    You made it to the season 2 finale! Whew, I made it to the finale. I might have recorded it months ago and have been too busy to get it published but heck it is still relevant and hopefully can help you look differently at what is going on. Looking into the root cause of why you are feeling can help you figure out how to change it. Treating symptoms is great but if you mask those too long you don't even know if those symptoms are still existing. Take heartburn for example, if you stop the heartburn by taking meds, then you are not treating why you are getting heartburn and you are just eating or drinking the culprit without ever knowing.   • Is this Normal?

    One can never tell if something happening in or to our body is normal. Thats why you need to talk to others to find out. You cannot compare your self to any old neighbor or friend because you have different bodies but you should go to a healthcare professional to find out. I spent years with a foot pain that I had convinved myself was normal only to find out it was something I needed to take care of! And if you go too long without taking care of an issue it leads to more issues. So learn early if it is normal!

  • Outward and Inward

    Does your outside match your inside? Healthwise, emotionally etc? Some people are very healthy and fit looking on the outside but they are just trashing their body on the inside. How do you know? Well by getting a check up at a dr. but also by deep diving on how well your body is functioning. Sleep, food intake and how well you are doing things that we take for granted like eliminating waste. Lets dive deep on this topic an talk about it!

    Yeah, it happens. We cannot always avoid this and its not always our fault. But we can process it. Processing it will help it breakdown in the body. Our body does keep score of everything that happens to us. We have to learn how to move this trauma out of our joints, muscles, bones and organs. Think thats a little woo woo? Maybe, but take inventory and see what you notice in your body. It might be worth it to work on these stores spots in your body to see if you can work it out and feel better!     Tell me, how am I supposed to breath with no air? Well, you can't, so. Let's talk about the respiratory system and breathing and all the things surrounding air. Air quality is a big key to how well we breathe, and if you live in a big city or next to some sort of manufacturing plant you may not have the best quality. What about smoking and vaping? Is breathwork a good thing, or should I just learn how to use my belly to breathe? So many things surrounding the health of our lungs and what you can do and try to keep them in great shape.

    Cancer is scary! We all have that fear that it will strike us or a loved one. The struggle of the treatment, which is both mental and physical, is very draining. I want to chat a bit about what you can do to prevent cancer (which is not a guarantee) and what to do if you are faced with choices that may be difficult with this diagnosis. You can do hard things! Fighting is going to look different for everyone so what can you do to build your arsenal of weapons in the event you need to fight. It is a deep discussion and hopefully empowering!
