- Open Communication: Engaging in conversations about my emotions and be open about how I feel.
- Positive mindset and selflove: The cultivation of a positive mindset and self-love were important in getting out of depression.
- Educational Empowerment: My journey as a therapist equipped me with invaluable tools for my personal recovery AND it felt go share my experience and wisdom.
