Rush stars Daniel Brühl and Chris Hemsworth as the two famous F1 stars alongside a rich cast which includes Alexandra Maria Lara and Olivia Wilde. Capturing the pinnacle of 1970s motor racing in style, Rush charts the early careers of Niki and James before retelling their titanic battle for the 1976 Formula 1 World Drivers' Championship, often hailed as one of the greatest in the sport's history. As F1 and motorsport is a big passion of Matt's, this review has taken longer to put together than initially anticipated, particularly as this episode also compares the events depicted in the movie to their real-life counterparts, but hopefully you enjoy it!
