 This week, rather than having a particular intention I thought I would just do a quick ramble on Self Care. As previously, self care when things get tough. It has been a particularly rocky 6 months or so and that makes it extremely difficult at times to mentally reground and move forwards. So today, I thought I would ramble a bit on that and where it has taken me, and the little moments of self care I have introduced as a consequence. Hopefully it will give you an idea of little things you can start doing when things are less tough, so they are more natural to reach out to when they are more tough.
