I've always struggled to stay consistent with dieting, healthy eating, and habit tracking, but, after speaking with Bec and seeing what she posts on TikTok and Instagram, I'm realising that strict dieting isn't necessarily the only way to a healthier lifestyle.

This podcast episode was all about improving the 80% (hard work and healthier living) without sacrificing the 20% (pleasure foods and fun).
