For 8 years post college soccer, I struggled to be consistent in the gym. I was in and out of gyms, freezing memberships, renewing memberships, paying for gyms I never went to, until about a year and a half ago when I finally figured it out! In this episode, I share 4 tips that have helped me finally be the consistent gym rat girly pop I always wanted to be. I hope this gives you hope that you too, can become a gym girly.
