  • Season 3 Finale: The View From Ohio
    2026/08/27

We close out season three with someone who's been in our corner since high school; Cheryl from Ohio. She's been a listener since day one, texting us between shows with her reactions, insights and sometimes corrections(!). Cheryl has valuable opinions that never made it on mic, until now. We also revisit the "Naked High School Swimming" episode and get Cheryl's take from the female perspective.

A fitting way to end the season — reflecting on how we tell our stories, and how the people who were actually there remember it....sometimes differently.

  • The Apology Tour
    2026/08/13

We had a plan for this one - ease in, build up, save the heavy stuff for the end. That's not how it went. One of us had a story that wouldn't wait for its cue, and once it started, there was no easing into it. Turned out to be some of the realest stuff we've done. Sometimes what you're chasing isn't the thing you actually need. You might spend a long time asking for more patience, only to realize it's actually surrender that gets you to the finish line.

Before that, some lighter business - postcards from Cheryl in Ohio - hot damn!! (yes, that Cheryl). A couple of overdue apologies from Jim and Danny, and a real conversation about two words we throw around a lot without really defining — emotional intelligence, and amends. Turns out most of us are faking it on both.

  • The Culture of Toughness
    2026/07/30

This week on 3Sixty, Dan, Terry, and Jim open the show talking about the World Cup and Larry David... fans, anyone?

Then they dive into a heavy topic that hits close to home for our generation: The Culture of Toughness. Many of us grew up in a world where embarrassment was the point, hazing was sanctioned by adults, and the locker-room mentality infiltrated corporate boardrooms throughout the 70s and 80s. But was making jokes at someone else's expense just learned behavior—or a survival coping mechanism to keep the target off our own backs?

Finally, they close out the show with seven ways you can disagree with someone you love.

  • The Big Divide
    2026/07/16

We all feel it.....every day. The division. It took a while but it's made its way into almost every facet of our lives. It's at the dinner table, family holidays, in group chats, friendships that used to be easy and light, and now aren't. This week the guys talk about what the divide is actually doing to people we care about......not the politics of it, the relationship of it. And whether "agree to disagree" is even still a real option, or just something we say before we stop calling. This show is not about who's right. Rather it's a conversation about what you do when you're at the crossroads of giving up or showing up.

  • Feelings Check
    2026/07/02

Most of us didn’t grow up in homes where feelings had names; and we probably didn’t even know what we were missing. It was something we didn’t realize until later in life.

In this episode Jim, Terry, and Danny get honest about the emotional numbness they carried for years — what it cost them, who it cost, and what finally cracked it open. This isn’t a story about being fixed. It’s about becoming aware, staying in the work, and being honest about how far there still is to go.

  • Zero Regrets?
    2026/06/18

This week on 3Sixty, we kick things off with Jim showcasing his poetic bona fides, followed by the boys breaking down the NBA Finals and trading a few of their own favorite all-time sports memories.

Then, we dive into the real topic of the day: The "No Regrets" Myth.

When you hear someone our age claim they live with zero regrets and wouldn't change a single thing, do you find that inspiring—or do you think they're full of it? Dan, Terry, and Jim open up the ledger of life to look at the real trade-offs made during the grinding years, the paths not taken, and what it actually costs to carry earned wisdom.

The show wraps with the guys talking greatest sports comebacks, Healthcare insurance and who's giving back.

  • The Competitor in You: Drive, Ego & At What Price To Win
    2026/06/11

Competition built civilizations and it's also torn apart friendships, families, and careers. In this episode of 3Sixty, we ask what it actually means to be competitive in today's world. Is it a gift, a curse, or both? We get personal about how ambition has shaped our lives for better and worse, challenge the "if you're not cheating, you're not trying" mentality, and explore where the line sits between healthy drive and something far more destructive. Because the real competition, it turns out, might just be with yourself.

  • Made for More
    2026/05/21

We all know someone whose gift was so obvious it seemed almost unfair. Maybe you saw it in real time. More likely you looked back years later and realized....."that was something special." This episode is about those people. The ones who inspired us to stop watching from the sideline and start asking what we're actually carrying. Because everyone has something. The question is whether you know what it is, and whether you're using it for something bigger than yourself.

And in the 360, the guys get into it. Mild rage, real talk about the financial future facing the next generation, and a few stories that actually left them feeling hopeful.
