She discusses ways to influence energy sources, channels, fields, environmental forces, and patterns, plus recommends conditions to support the positive flow of people’s energy in the direction of producing aspired results. While organizational energy is a non-traditional approach to leading change, understanding it and mastering its strategies are powerful skills to have in your change leadership repertoire.
