Inclusivity starts with our language. Our understanding of the world is rooted in the words we use, our brains literally process the world based on language.
In this episode I outline a bit of the understanding and perspective that helped me transform my thoughts around inclusive language and practicing new ways of talking. I was HIGHLY influenced by listening to the book The Power of Language by Viorica Marian.
