If your diet is primarily whole foods and for breakfast a couple times a week you want a pop tart with your protein? Go for it. Just don’t complain when you are hungry a couple hours later.The best “diet”? One you can sustain. Cutting out EVERYTHING but leafy greens, lentils, quinoa, protein, and nuts/ seeds may work for some people but sure as shit doesn’t work for me.LIFT HEAVY. There is no such thing as toning.
