Today's topic is Gratitude. It's amazing what happens in our hearts, minds, and bodies when we are truly grateful. Count your blessings in the hard things, remember what Yahuah has done already--his love and faithfulness! And let us all recognize that as we are in this state of becoming our authentic selves, he will do it again.

This is part 11, can you believe it?--we have come this far. Last episode, we talked about anxiety and receiving peace in the process. Today its about the opposite of anxiety--TRUST. What is trust? What happens when its broken? There is absolutely nothing too hard for Yah and He will restore the path before our feet and every broken place in our hearts--he says he is close to the brokenhearted and he heals, restores, purges, dismantles and re-establishes joy.
