Lars Sexton is a high performance coach and mentor, specialising in motorsport. He is a Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Timeline Therapy ™ Coaching and Hypnotherapy.He is also a former BMX Champion, 1990’s Formula A Open Champion in Karting, Elf La-Filiere Scholarship winner, F3 racer, Aston Martin GT test driver and engineer.
