I decided to make a video podcast episode and let's see how that goes!
How's my form? What exercises would you add? Are you doing leg work in the gym too?
This is a look into the base building block leg strength training that I have been doing lately. Pretty straight forward exercises from Coach AJ and ones that I am already familiar with.
*I used my gimbal that has a tracking feature, so sorry about the camera movement while I am performing some of the workouts, haha.
I am a believer in strength training, not just for trail running performance, but also for my overall health as I age. I am sure I will focus on that in an upcoming episode, but for now, take a look into my garage gym routine and let me know what you think!
