This episode is my heartfelt gift for Mother's Day.

I want to share a theme that many of us have lived through, yet often find difficult to put into words: the love and entanglement between us and our mothers.
On my journey with Family Constellations, I’ve come to see—again and again—that when our connection with our mother is blocked, our connection with life itself becomes blocked.
But when we choose the path of healing and reconciliation, we begin to reclaim our power, become more whole, and show up as freer, more conscious parents.

In this episode, I share:

  • How I gradually came to understand my mother’s life story, and slowly released the blame and the longing
  • How I was wrapped in her constant criticism, comparison, and expectations, unable to see my own worth
  • How I learned to step away from “my mother’s voice” and began to hear the voice of my own soul
  • How my daughter’s rebellion became a wake-up call, helping me break the generational script passed down from our ancestors

I also read aloud a few healing sentences written by one of my most beloved teachers in systemic work—words that have comforted me time and again on my journey.
I hope they can comfort you, too.

If there are still unspoken knots between you and your mother,
may this episode serve as a gentle light,
illuminating your inner world,
and the part of your soul that longs for reconciliation and love.
May you, too, find your own words—spoken to your mother, and to yourself.

Wishing you a Mother’s Day filled with love!
