Feeling anxious, unsettled, or overwhelmed by change, transition, or uncertainty? This guided somatic practice is designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, and find a greater sense of grounding and safety in the present moment.
Inspired by the transitional energy of late summer and Earth season in Five Element Theory, this episode combines three mind-body practices for anxiety relief: EFT tapping (Emotional Freedom Technique), breathwork, and sound healing.
You'll be guided through:
- EFT tapping for anxiety and worry using affirmations centered around peace, safety, trust, and surrender
- A 3-by-3 breathwork practice to help quiet the mind and reconnect with your body
- Intentional breath holds and gentle movement for deeper grounding
- Sound healing to close the practice and create space for rest and integration
- Somatic reminders such as I am safe, I am grounded, and I am protected
- A supportive practice you can return to during seasons of change, uncertainty, stress, or increased anxiety
Whether you're navigating a new beginning, a changing routine, back-to-school season, uncertainty about what's ahead, or simply having an anxious day, this practice offers an opportunity to pause and come back to yourself.
Find a comfortable place to settle in, give yourself permission to move at your own pace, and use this guided anxiety relief and nervous system regulation practice whenever you need a little more grounding.
