Practicing commitment is a thing! Remember practice makes you better- all you need is PRACTICE. If you were really honest, when was the last time you committed to something and you got it done, for YOU? This time PROVE it to yourself, set an intention and go all the way to the end. The more you do this in life, the easier it becomes.

Listen to your intuition- What do you WANT to commit to? What have you been wanting to do, maybe even tried to do but felt like you couldn’t get to the finish line? Write down what you WILL commit to and celebrate YOU. YES YOU CAN do the thing!
