 Sophie speaks about how her childhood experiences have influenced her throughout her journey and talks openly about more recently being diagnosed as an adult with ADD and having her own counselling. She reflects how her difficulties, strengths and realisations have impacted on both her professional and personal choices and perspectives so far in her journey. As a singing specialist, she offers insights on the voice and how it relates to our expression and identity and how her experiences have led her from being a teacher and performer to now training as a life coach. We touch on broader subjects including identity, responding vs reacting, awareness, and the importance of not compromising on our core beliefs and values. We could’ve talked all day!
