This led her to explore massage therapy as a means of providing comfort and healing.

Driven by her commitment to integrate wellness into family life, she sought specialized training in therapeutic techniques, focusing on how touch can address both physical and emotional needs. Shannon established Avodah Massage Therapy as a family-centered practice, where she could blend her expertise with her belief in purposeful, empathetic care. Through Avodah, she aims to offer a space where every family member-from infants to adults-can experience the holistic benefits of intentional touch.
