Connie Anderson is an editor, writer, and writing group leader. She edits both non-fiction and general fiction books, and considers herself an important part of the author’s team to create the best book possible. She combines her attention to detail with the ability to edit from the reader’s
point of view, always asking the “hard” questions. She also works to protect the author from making the wrong and often-expensive decisions during the entire writing and publishing process, helping the author find the right resources for them.

In 1994, Connie co-founded still-thriving WOW—Women of Words—for writers in different phases of their book. She has also written several books, like “In My Next Life, I Want to be My Dog.” She collected stories from people whose life was changed by polio, “When Polio Came Home: How Ordinary People Overcame Extraordinary Challenges.” Then “Man Overboard: Hubby’s Getting a New Boat,” and “The ‘I’ of a Woman.” In 2023, she launched her newest, a memoir/historical story of an English lad’s life, “Faces of Boys, Hearts of Men.”
