#0188 John Adams' Thoughts On Government 04/27/1776, What's the REAL Story behind the term “Black Fatigue”?, Steve's Shenanigans, and The Great Divorce Chapter 10 John Adams' Defense of the Constitution Cut 1 The American Revolution has begun and Adams was asked about his thoughts in forming the colonial governments. Cut 2 Adams takes aim at a critical error in poet Alexander Pope's prose here Cut 3 “Shut up and dribble/sing/write pros” is not a new concept Cut 4 Starting with first principles, Adams moves into the meat of the matter Cut 5 It's important to note that even the Pagan can see that moral virtue is the cornerstone of society, we may differ on what moral virtue is, but we all agree to its necessity. Cut 6 So why not form this new government in virtue and reason to that end. Cut 7 Fear while effective for a time, will always rely on tyranny and fall to revolt Cut 8 What is Honor? Can Honor or Respect mean anything without a Virtue to Honor? Cut 9 Then if we are to build a nation worth honoring, must it not be built on Virtuous Principles? Cut 10 He then leads into further exposition, but here let's look at his philosophy behind the tripart government with a bicameral legislature. This government must be comprised of a representative group of men, mirroring the population. Cut 11 Here comes the reasoning behind our government's backbone Cut 12 One Democratic Assembly, holding all of the power will by nature become corrupt and cliquish. Cut 13 One Democratic Assembly will also look, not only to the majority's benefit, but also to its own members' benefit Cut 14 Such an arrangement will also lead to lifetime appointments, making virtual princes out of the assemblymen. Cut 15-17 Such a Representative Branch could be stymied by ties in cases of war or voting and by nature need executive branch and judicial branches to execute and adjudicate laws. Cut 18 This, still not being enough, we will need something else Cut 19 Executive Veto is critical to our Republic Cut 20 And here we have the philosophical concept of what would eventually be the Senate. Cut 21 The 17th Amendment removed the senate from this type of position, as being elected by the congress and overthrew this check and balance. https://founders.archives.gov/documents/Adams/06-04-02-0026-0004 https://www.senate.gov/about/origins-foundations/senate-and-constitution/seventeenth-amendment.htm The Culture's New Term: Black Fatigue (Let me explain with another topic: Feminism Fatigue) https://youtube.com/shorts/kkKtUWo1gmc?si=D4RF5Hjw3_8MVxQM This behavior is excused by Feminism. We are seeing the effects of the Marxist Class/Race/Gender War that is aimed at destroying our civilization. We as Christians and Conservatives should not start dividing by race, this is what the Left wants. We should be making the distinction between those who've chosen to be the useful idiots of the Satanic Marxist uprising against the Christian Built Western Culture, Aaron McGurder is sick of this https://www.youtube.com/shorts/tKsk5AsdPv8 The Culture is sick of excuses being made: https://x.com/1GrahamDaily/status/1924460062447194578 The World is sick of this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IMPwqxA7AN4 Steve's Shenanigans The Great Divorce Chapter 10
