As Luckman says, “Shamanism and inner alchemy offer some of the most empowering strategies for freethinkers and other free spirits interested in ‘waking up’ enough to craft their own story-line and direct their own fate.” And his book contains some original exercises and techniques to help you heal trauma and become an “inner alchemist.”

I would say it isn’t for people new to the field of spirituality or esoteric knowledge. Nor would I advise it for anyone with any type of mental health dissociative disorder. However, if you are someone who enjoys breaking down reality and exploring the limits of consciousness this book is probably exactly what you are looking for.

Suitable for consciousness explorers looking for a path to alchemical transformation and the power to choose what they create by going inward to master their own existence, GET OUT OF HERE ALIVE is a highly original read.
