I couldn't find it, so I decided to create it.

If you've ever felt completely exposed and vulnerable during divorce—with strangers digging through your finances, people acting weird around you, and everyone expecting you to "just get over it"—this message will resonate deeply.

My own divorce awakened a part of me I never knew existed—my full humanity. And I am tired of watching amazing women shrink under the weight of societal expectations during their most vulnerable time.

And so I am providing a solution: a safe space for divorce empty nesters to be fully and completely human. Where the only expectation is that you give yourself love and grace. Where you don't have to be strong and hold it all together anymore.
