It was my first time hosting workshops at Midsummer this year and it’s safe to say I will be back next year!

Such a cup-filling, gorgeous festival created by the oh so lovely Charlie Butler. Celebrating the height of summer with workshops, holistic treatments, live music, delicious food options, summertime games and activities and a ceremonial Midsummer bonfire all set in the beautiful backdrop of Sparrows Campsite.

An intimate gathering of good-hearted souls filling the fields with the most beautiful energy; such warmth and vibrancy from everyone attending…I have no doubt it will sell out again next year.

I absolutely LOVED hosting laughter and reiki in the Geodome; a magnificent structure with the most incredible acoustics and energy. It’s worth going just to experience this! All the fabulous souls that joined my sessions helped co-create a very special experience that rippled out through the festival.

Laughter really is the most incredible medicine.
