【基本の出し方手順】

1. あくびをして喉の奥を大きく広げる

2. 声を後ろに引くイメージで限界まで低く落とす

3. 喉がガラガラ（カラカラ）鳴ればOK！

【音読時の3つの意識ポイント】

1. ストレス（強調する音）を置くたびに喉を脱力する

2. 意味単位（チャンク）でしっかり区切る

3. 区切りごとに毎回息を吸ってから発音する
