    Episode Overview

Do you often feel like you're a "good" professional Christian? Going to church regularly, participating in groups, and even being faithfully dedicated, but deep down, there's always a lingering sense of heaviness, or even an indescribable bitterness towards God?

In this episode, the pastor takes us deep into the spiritual mystery of Apostle Paul's "praising his own weakness." In a world that worships strength and success, God's requirement for us is actually "weakness" and "voluntarily entering the wilderness."

Fasting is precisely such a "stirring" of our fleshly bodies and natural human minds. When external temptations like food, entertainment, and leisure are temporarily removed, the seemingly clear water of our lives reveals the pride, anger, and rebellion lurking beneath. The challenge of fasting is never hunger, but the weakness and confusion it brings—this is the process of flipping the control over so that our natural selves are short-circuited and the Holy Spirit can take full control.

If you're in a transition period where you've paid the price but haven't seen revival, and your emotions are " mid-air," this episode will give you a boost. Let's overcome our fear of fasting together, gradually expand our spiritual capacity, and rise from the wilderness to victory with our Beloved!

Welcome to subscribe and share this "spiritual growth guide" with your brothers and sisters around you!

16)What does God lack? Why does He still crave your love (His emotions 16)
    2026/10/01

We often come before God, expecting Him to supply us, help us, and change our circumstances.

    But have you ever thought:

    If God already has everything,

What more could He possibly want from us?

This episode takes us into the relationship of love between God and man, revealing that what God seeks isn’t human ability or achievements, but a heart that belongs entirely to Him.

When a person truly experiences God’s love, their life doesn’t stop at receiving grace; it begins to respond to that love.

Because true love always leads to giving.

    【Highlights of this episode】

What does God really want from people?

Why can’t serving God replace a close relationship with Him?

Moving from “What does God do for me” to “What do I live for Him?”

How does a mature bride respond to her husband’s love?

Why does loving God change our values and life direction?

May this episode help you realize anew:

God isn’t looking for a perfect person; He’s looking for someone who is willing to love Him, respond to Him, and belong to Him.

    2026/09/27
Are you “thirsty” for God’s life? Or have you grown accustomed to a routine yet dull religious life?In this episode, the pastor takes us into a completely new perspective that challenges traditional understanding—the “fasting for the bridegroom.”Jesus is the bridegroom, and the church is His bride. Fasting in the New Testament wasn’t about legalistic religious rituals or trying to catch God’s attention. Instead, it stemmed from an extreme longing for the bridegroom, Jesus. When our hearts develop a holy dissatisfaction because of our desire for His presence, our capacity for life is completely expanded. After listening to this episode, let’s join together in declaring war on our selfish desires, breaking free from the limitations of our old “leather bags,” and welcoming the abundantness of the Holy Spirit that pours out like new wine every day!✨ Key Takeaways from This EpisodeA brand-new view of fasting: Fasting in the Old Testament was for sin, sorrow, and distress, while fasting in the New Testament is for encountering God’s glory and love. The intense longing of “loving sickness”: Explore the spiritual mystery of “loving sickness” in the Book of Songs and how a sense of dissatisfaction can break through spiritual stagnation. The spiritual power of the “people of heaven”: Analyze the true meaning of “the kingdom of heaven belongs to those who strive for it” in the Gospel of Matthew. Why do Christians need spiritual “violence” and uncompromising determination in the face of illness, poverty, and the oppression of enemies? The eschatological transformation of new wine and new leather bags: When the abundance of the Holy Spirit and supernatural miracles (healing, exorcism, survival in desperate situations) become commonplace in the church, what kind of organizational framework and heavenly values do we need to embrace this wave?Being great before God: Follow in the footsteps of John the Baptist and King David, seeing how they willingly endured ridicule and humiliation from the world and were regarded as great by God through complete obedience and intense passion.✨ Key Verses to Remember“Fasting is not to impress people, but to impress our own hearts and reclaim what belongs to us.”“The thirst within us is the greatest motivation to keep pursuing God. If you believe you’ve received very little, then you truly have received very little.”“Behold, I am beautiful as the moon, bright as the sun, majestic as an army...
