Episode Overview

Do you often feel like you're a "good" professional Christian? Going to church regularly, participating in groups, and even being faithfully dedicated, but deep down, there's always a lingering sense of heaviness, or even an indescribable bitterness towards God?

In this episode, the pastor takes us deep into the spiritual mystery of Apostle Paul's "praising his own weakness." In a world that worships strength and success, God's requirement for us is actually "weakness" and "voluntarily entering the wilderness."

Fasting is precisely such a "stirring" of our fleshly bodies and natural human minds. When external temptations like food, entertainment, and leisure are temporarily removed, the seemingly clear water of our lives reveals the pride, anger, and rebellion lurking beneath. The challenge of fasting is never hunger, but the weakness and confusion it brings—this is the process of flipping the control over so that our natural selves are short-circuited and the Holy Spirit can take full control.

​一、打破原生家庭濾鏡，認識喜樂的神

神不是情緒化的，你不需要戰戰兢兢地討祂歡心。我們在世上是要享受祂對我們的喜悅、欣賞與愛。明白“我雖然黑，卻是秀美”的健康形象，你在母腹中未成形以先，祂就在極深的熱情與愛戀中創造了你。

​二、良人的面容與威榮：形狀如黎巴嫩，佳美如香柏樹

祂的面貌如同烈日放光。當祂向我們揚臉光照時，屬天的生命、聖潔、智慧就會照射在我們的心上。這種面光帶有奇妙的大能，能在敬拜與獻祭中，為我們的靈魂體帶來復蘇、恢復、更新與醫治。

​三、嘴唇與口極其甘甜：領受祂口中的親吻

口代表神的話語與親密關係。神不僅要解決我們的困難（治病、業績、孩子上學），祂更渴望我們真認識祂、懂祂。我們認識祂多少，就能擁有祂多少，生命就能改變多少。當祂把基督的甘甜傳到我們心中，這就是最強而有力的超自然穿透。

​四、關掉感官刺激，拯救你的屬靈胃口

現今的快時尚、短視頻和韓劇，都是大數據運轉算出來、針對感官刺激設計的，只會讓人覺得現實生活枯燥乏味、導致婚姻出問題。新婦需要關掉世界的刺激，在困苦流離中注視祂，靈魂才能蘇醒，重新得力。

​五、全然可愛：祂是至尊的王，也是隨時隨到的密友

世人因裏面永遠填不滿而痛苦。但良人統管萬有，祂為你安排的前面道路與智慧策略絕不會錯！講員傾情分享年輕時晝夜呼求、經歷“血漏絕症”被神全然醫治的震撼見證，見證“在耶和華豈有難成的事”。

​六、新婦溝通的智慧與十字架的煉淨

面對冷淡退後的眾女子，新婦沒有半點責備與定罪，而是用良人的美好去吸引和激發她們。這也是做父母、配偶和小組長的智慧。神餵養我們有三種方式：甘甜的同在、管教、以及十字架的煉淨。成熟的器皿即使在沒有感覺、甚至遭到錯待時，依然沒有苦毒，甘心順服。

​七、我屬我的良人：生命動機的徹底翻轉

從二章的“良人屬我”（自私供應、索取祝福），到六章的“我屬我的良人”（我是祂的產業，滿足祂的願望）。你不再活在律法和別人的眼光中，而是為祂而活。在百合花叢（教會）當中，與肢體合一搭配，活出王子的內在尊貴與五米八的強大屬靈氣場！

A lot of the time, the way we view God is shaped by the filters of our upbringing and the tree of good and evil. But the Bible reveals to us in the Song of Songs that our Beloved is a God who is extremely joyful, full of passion, and who treasures and respects you!

- Joy vs Happiness: Happiness can change with circumstances (you're happy when you get a raise, sad when you get scolded), but joy is an unshakable kingdom that continuously flows from within, even in the trials of being scolded, because you keep your eyes fixed on God.

- Breaking the myth of the "harsh God": Why do you think God is always looking for trouble with you? Because you've been hearing too many negative messages since childhood. But the truth is: Jesus is the God who looks at you with a smile, admires you, finds you adorable, and loves you unconditionally!

- The eighth attribute of the Beloved—Carefully crafted and loving trust: "His hands are like gold rings set with lapis lazuli." Hands represent God's actions. Everything you experience in life is not by chance, but God's elaborate arrangement. The speaker uses the example of Moses herding sheep in the wilderness from the age of forty to eighty to reveal how God uses circumstances to remove our natural pride and ambition.
