    對鐵支路頂的天橋、學校邊的天橋,到百貨公司的空中走廊,台灣的城市往過有真濟天橋。台灣啥物時開始有天橋?是按怎天橋一直拆、嘛閣咧起?天橋的變化反映的是交通政策佮都市設計的改變。這集來講市內的天橋。

    As early as 1914, people in Fucheng (Tainan) were already teaching and playing football, so why is Taiwan considered a "football desert" today?     南鯤鯓代天府的山門倒去的報導,予真濟人看著這个遮爾媠的山門佮伊後面這間廟。這間廟有300外冬的歷史,嘛是全台灣香客上濟的其中一間。是按怎300外冬前的廟欲起佇沒人蹛的沙崙? 是按怎佇遮爾偏僻的所在,香火會遮爾旺?這集來講國家級的古蹟南鯤鯓代天府。

    Lâm-khun-sin Tāi-thian-hú ê soan-mn̂g tó--khì ê pò-tō, hō͘ chin chē lâng khòaⁿ--tio̍h chit ê chiah-nī súi ê soan-mn̂g kap i āu-piah chit keng biō.     拜拜ê時除了紅龜粿,嘛有麵龜,米龜,猶有廟宇會辦乞龜,予逐家食平安龜。是按怎做的是龜,毋是別款動物? 這個傳統按怎來的?往過按怎食龜?「摃龜」對佗位來?這集講龜的文化佮信仰。

    Pài-pài ê sî tû-liáu âng-ku-kóe, mā ū mī-ku, bí-ku, iáu-ū biō-ú ē pān khit-ku, hō͘ ta̍k-ke chia̍h pêng-an-ku. Sī-án-chóaⁿ chò--ê sī ku, m̄-sī pa̍t-khoán tōng-bu̍t? Chit-ê thôan-thóng án-chóaⁿ lâi--ê? Éng-kòe án-chóaⁿ chia̍h ku? “Khòng-ku” tùi tó-uī lâi? Chit chi̍p kóng ku ê bûn-hòa kap sìn-gióng.

    When making offerings, besides red turtle-shaped rice cakes, there are also flour turtles, rice turtles, and some temples even hold "turtle-begging" ceremonies for everyone to receive a "peace turtle" to eat for good fortune. Why are they made in the shape of a turtle and not another kind of animal? Where does this tradition come from? In the past, how were turtles eaten?     侵門踏戶真捷佇華語文章看著,毋過是台語。啥物時陣變做四界攏咧用的華語詞彙?是用佇佗位?佇古早戶橂有真濟文化象徵,佮戶橂有關係的俗諺嘛真濟,這集來講侵門踏戶佮戶橂。

    Chim-mn̂g ta̍h-hō͘ chin chia̍p tī Huâ-gí bûn-chiuⁿ khòaⁿ--tio̍h, m̄-koh sī Tâi-gí. Siáⁿ-mi̍h sî-chūn piàn-chò sì-kè lóng teh iōng ê Huâ-gí sū-luī? Sī iōng tī tó-ūi? Tī kó͘-chá hō͘-tēng ū chin-chē bûn-hoà siōng-teng, kap hō͘-tēng ū koan-hē ê sio̍k-gān mā chin-chē, chit chi̍p lâi kóng chim-mn̂g ta̍h-hō͘ kap hō͘-tēng.

    “侵門踏戶”is very often seen in Mandarin articles, but it's originally Taiwanese. When did it become a widely used Mandarin phrase? Where is it used?   • 343 小城綾子〈來好阿媽欲轉去〉

    小城綾子自2010年開始寫台語小說。伊寫ê小說攏抾佇《月落胭脂巷》這本小說集。伊寫的小說主題真闊面,家庭婚姻、選舉買票、算命問事......。〈來好阿媽欲轉去〉是內面ê一篇,是寫老大人的照顧,伊搬去佮囡仔蹛市內發生的代誌。這篇是第二屆台文戰線文學獎短篇小說的頭等。

    Sió-siâⁿ Lêng-chú chū 2010 nî khai-sí siá Tâi-gí siáu-soat. I siá ê siáu-soat lóng khioh tī "Goe̍h-lo̍h Ian-chi-hāng" chit pún siáu-soat-chi̍p. I siá ê siáu-soat chú-tê chin khoah-bīn, ka-têng hun-in, sóan-kí bé-phiò, sǹg-miā mn̄g-sū... "Lâi-hó A-má Beh Tńg-khì" sī lāi-bīn ê chi̍t phiⁿ, sī siá lāu-tōa-lâng ê chiàu-kò͘, i poaⁿ-khì kap gín-á tòa chhī-lāi hoat-seng ê tāi-chì. Chit phiⁿ sī tē-jī kài Tâi-bûn Chiàn-sòaⁿ Bûn-ha̍k-chióng té- phiⁿ siáu-soat ê thâu-téng.

    Sió-siâⁿ Lêng-chú began writing Taiwanese novels in 2010. The novels she has written are all collected in the anthology《月落胭脂巷》(Moonset on Rouge Alley). The themes of her novels are very broad, covering family and marriage, vote-buying in elections, fortune-telling, and more. 〈來好阿媽欲轉去〉(Lai-ho A-ma Wants to Go Home)is one of the stories in the collection; it is about the care of the elderly and the events that unfold after moving to the city to live with one's children. This piece won first prize in the short story category of the Second台文戰線(Taiwanese Literature Battlefront) Literary Award.

    卜卦、算命真普遍,古早是連囡仔嘛咧耍。關三姑是查某囡仔佇上元節佮中秋節的遊戲,後來佮觀落陰結合。關三姑、椅仔姑的故事是啥物?欲按怎辦?是按怎干焦女性佮囡仔會使看?關三姑的故事佇民間文學時常出現,這集來說關三姑。

    Pok-kòa, sǹg-miā chin phó͘-phiàn, kó͘-chá sī liân gín-á mā leh sńg. Koan-sam-ko͘ sī cha-bó͘-gín-á tī Siōng-goân-cheh kap Tiong-chhiu-cheh ê iû-hì, āu--lâi kah koan-lo̍h-im kiat-ha̍p. Koan-sam-ko͘, Í-á-ko͘ ê kò͘-sū sī siáⁿ-mih? Beh an-chóaⁿ pān? Sī an-chóaⁿ kan-na lú-sèng kap gín-á ē-sái khòaⁿ? Koan-sam-ko͘ ê kò͘-sū tī bîn-kan bûn-ha̍k sî-siông chhut-hiān, chit chi̍p lâi kóng Koan-sam-ko͘.

    Divination and fortune-telling are very common in Taiwan; in the past, they were even practiced as games by children. "Koan-sam-koo͘," or the "Séance of the Third Aunt," was a game played by girls during the Lantern and Mid-Autumn Festivals, which later merged with the practice of "koan-lo̍h-im" (séances to visit the underworld). So, what is the story behind "Koan-sam-koo͘" and the related "Í-á-ko͘o" ? How is the ritual performed? And why were only women and children allowed to participate? The tale of Koan-sam-ko͘ is a frequent subject in folk literature. In this episode, we'll delve into her story.
